The project is covered by official Building Completion Insurance, which legally guarantees completion under the stated conditions and within the committed period, minimising investor risk.
Individual title deed
All purchases are completed with individual title deed ownership, and the land cost is not reflected in the prices.
Corporate structure
The project is delivered under S.S. Ankaport Gayrimenkul İşletme Kooperatifi (tax no. 0701240726) and Ankasaray Konut Yapı Kooperatifi (tax no. 0701240734).
